What Causes Dizziness And Breathlessness After Swimming?

I paddle .6 miles on flat bay water in 14.min I breathe in & out with each full stroke . I have no breathing problems but when I stop & stand up I get light headed for a short period. Then I m fine including doing a similar type exorsize on floor @ home. I recently did same @ home & am still somewhat lt. headed. I, m 74 & 5 7 . 163lb whats up?

It is basically due to postural hypotension that you get headache for sometime after exercising in supine position.
