What Causes Dizziness Along With Nausea An Headaches?

I saw the doctor yesterday but don t feel better - we thought I maybe having a reaction to Cipro - dizziness, fuzzy feeling, feeling nauseated and shakiness - my last dose was yesterday morning and I don t feel better. Today I m having headaches -strong one - I took 25 mg sumatriptan with some relief but not gone - if I stay still - I feel the fuzziness in my head and nausea - it when I get up to go so something - it all comes to a head - the doctor did a CBC yesterday it was normal. He told me to stay home today - I am planning to go back and see him in the morning - I can t go back to work feeling like this - I ve never had this before - I scares me - should I go back to see someone today?

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi
thank you for asking HCM
I read your symtomps and understand your concern
In my opinion you dont have to be worried too much as symptoms dont lead to any disorder
Anyway further evaluation is neeeded
I would reccomend a neurological exam which will help to understand the cause of your symptoms
Do you have other chronic deseases such as blood hypertension or diabetes ?
The symptoms you described probably are caused by vertiginous syndrome
Discuss with your doctor about my opinion
Stay healthy
Regards
