What Causes Dizziness After Having A Fall?
I had a fall 3 wees ago which left me with a bump and laceration, both of which are healing nicely but I started to notice I would go very dizzy when I laid down and now the dizziness is increasing in frequency even if I am sat still. Do I need to see a doctor?
