What Causes Difficulty In Standing And Numbness In The Lips?

I have had an increasing difficulty in standing up for a period of time without my lower back almost pushing me to sit and when I do the pressure lets up. Then a few minutes ago I was taking out the laundry and had to sit in the laundry room and the upper left side of my lip went numb and tingly all of a sudden. I also feel weak and jittery. what could be wrong with me?

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You may be suffering from trigeminal neuralgia with postural hypotension. Still many possibilities like facial nerve compression or cervical spondylosis or stroke etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please get it done an X-ray of cervical bone, MRI brain and spinal cord and serum vitamin b12 levels.

Then please consult your neuro physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
