hi
Since you say that you are on a diet,I want you to reply me with your age, sex, height, weight and the diet chart that you are following, along with the type of workouts you being doing. There are various diet charts, that say to have fruits which may increase your weight. In the same way there are few workouts which help a little in losing weight. Moreover,I even want to know how much of your weight has been gained, after which i would surely help you with the right type of diet recommended for weight loss.

There may be some other medical reasons of weight gain,in spite of working out and following a strict diet.that we shall discuss later, once I rule out the primary cause.

Thank you
Stay healthy
