What Causes Difficulty In Focusing With Both Eyes?

Hello. I would like to ask a question about my vision. I have, within the last few days, experienced difficulty focusing with both eyes. This has come on fairly suddenly and affects both objects that are close and in the distance. Could you help me understand what might be wrong? I am 36 years old and do not wear glasses. I may have a vitamin deficiency from working in a less developed area where I could have ingested some contaminated water. I was sick on and off during the summer (food poisoning) and don’t know if this could be related. Thank you very much!

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
you probably have refractive error and need to consult ophthalmologist and start using glasses if it is.
