What Causes Difficulty In Eating Any Type Of Food Except Rye Chips?

About 6 months ago I found garlic rye chips and fell in love. I started snacking but that has led to me eating mostly just them, but only about 2 handfuls a day. I will take a cpl bites of regular food but it hurts to eat and makes me feel sick. The rye chips don't do that. I'm losing weight fast and now worrying because it hurts more now after taking only 2 bites of any food except the rye chips. Why would this be happening?

FRO INFO PROVIDED BY U, FREQUENT SNACKING AND PREFERENCE ONLY FOR RYE CHIPS HAS LED UR NORMAL EATING HABITS INTO DISARRAY. NOW U ARE SO MUCH HABITUATED TO RYE CHIPS THAT U ARE FINDING IT DIFFICULT TO EAT A VARIETY OF FOOD.
I SUGGEST-
1.PL STOP SNACKING AS IT IS IMPAIRING UR APPETITE FOR REGULAR MEALS
2.SURELY U MUST BE FEELING HUNGRY AT LEAST 2-3 TIMES IN 24 HOURS. ALLOW UR HUNGER TO BUILD UP TO A MODERATE INTENSITY, THEN START EATING.
3. EAT DRY AND SOFT ITEMS LIKE WHOLE GRAIN BREAD, FRESHLY COOKED VEGGIES, 1-2 FRUITS IN MODERATE AMOUNTS ONLY...TO AVOID GETTING SICK.
4. AVOID OILY/ FRIED/ SPICY FOODS IN THE BEGINNING

KINDLY LET ME KNOW UR PREVIOUS AND PRESENT BODY WEIGHT, AND IN HOW MUCH TIME U LOST WEIGHT. PL TELL UR AGE ALSO
