What Causes Diarrhea After Taking Cremaffin?

I am 81 tears old. I have gotten into the habit of taking two teaspoonfuls of Cremaffin everynight after dinner to acoid constipation. Last night I had one teaspoonful too many. I m defecating more loosely and earlier this morning. Can I have meals as normal. (a) a mixture of cornflakes and oats for breakfast (b) boiled vegetables and soup with rusk plus chopped fruit for lunch (c) a relatively light rice dinner. I had, by mistake one teaspoonful of Cremaffin too many last night. I have have had one looser than usual motion very early this morning and feel like another now at 0630 am. Can I go on as usual?

Don't worry , for loose motions is just due to the extra dose of Cremaffin.

Cremaffin has 12 hours duration of action . So by the end of the day your loose motions will come to control.

My advise is have normal food , drink plenty of water and avoid tonight's dose of cremaffin.
