Hello
It seems from the history that you are having a sensation of pulling sensation in the eyes. Since your optician has given glasses and he has told that you are having oval eyes.
This can be astigmatism, a common type of refractive error and your symptoms indicate asthenopic symptoms which are seen in cases of refractive errors and more commonly in uncorrected astigmatism.
Wearing glasses will be sufficient to take care of these symptoms, hence no need to worry.

Thank you
