What Causes Clear Penile Discharge?

Dear dr Rangadhar,
I'm a 64 years old man with slim body and sound health. But few month back I'm feeling sexual weakness and that relates(I think) with excessive egg white like emissions frequently. It occurs just after few minutes I touch my wife , see any nude picture or even think about sexual activity. Would you please be kind enough to guide me some advices or prescribe any sort of medicine in this context . Regards.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is called precum is common in every body so don't worry, stimulation or thought or seeing may cause sexual arousal lead to secretion from Cowper's glands.

If thought it is semen leakage? then get examined the precum for sperms etc.

Usually precum is very less number of sperms.

In nerve problems or cord injuries may present like semen leakage.
