What Causes Circular Cluster Of Flesh Colored Bumps On Forearm?

20 yr old female. On my forearm a week ago, I notice a circular cluster of flesh-colored mini bumps. The entire thing is flesh colored and does Not itch. The only reason I noticed it was because I was looking at my arm and noticed bumps. The bumps, when closely looking at them, look as though they would have pus inside of them. However, this does not appear to be the case. The circular cluster has not spread or grown.

Cause about the hard collarbone lumps-
The facts of your query indicates that you have solar keratosis / or angiomas/or atopic dermatitis

Consult PCP or ER Dermatologist who would rule out many other causes which cause such non-itchy lumps.As many other causes need to be ruled out by Second opinion from ER Surgeon /Physician or family doctor and hence I would suggest your doctor's Second Opinion,
