What causes chest pain along with stomach ache, breathing difficulty and excessive sweating?

Hello. I just discharged from the Emergency room. I went in because I got burning chest pain, stomach pain, couldn t breathe, or move, was screaming in pain and sweating. I had some kind of attack before going to the er. By the time i showed up the attack was over but i was left with all these light burning sensations and pains. They think its acid reflux but i ve dealt with acid reflux in the past and have numerous health issues. Im not sure im too convinced..

My partner just had a spell, got dizzy and laid down outside. Was able to get up and said he has to use the bathroom. He had stomach pains, sweaty, weak feeling and finally passed out on the toilet. I had to smack him in the face and yell at him to talk to me. He is the kind that will not go to the doctors. He had not eaten and drank a cup of coffee and a can of soda. I was thinking this may have had something to do with his sugar?? Any guess?

Last night I tossed and turned and was sweaty and clamy. Stomach hurts. Now starting to feel better after resting. My doctor previously diagnosed me with an ulcer since I have been taking Ibuprofen for severe lower back pain and sciatica. I was taking (3) 800 mg of ibuprofen. Now only taking one a day.
