What Causes Change In Eye Colour After Cataract Surgery?

just had cataract surgery yesterday. I am pleased that I have what I can say a perfect vision. However, I have just realised that the colour of my operated eye is different from the other eye. My eyes are very blue and the two blues look very very different. what do you think happened.

it is because of IOL. do not worry for color. if vision is alright then nothing to worry most important in surgery is vision

co lour of eye is due to iris pigment. in your case it may be due to IOL.it's evident there is no other cause.
