What Causes Change In Cornea Shape With Eye Strain And Headache?

I am suffering from eye strain and headache. last day i visited an optician and discovered -0.25 cylindrical and -0.25 spherical power in my left eye and -0.25 spherical in right eye. I was not having cylindrical axis before. Is it a big problem ? why did the shape of my cornea changed ?

it would have been a lot better if you would have mentioned your age

dear as you have a strain you need to get your number checked only after putting cycloplegic eye drops thats mandatory

having this much small cylindrical number is not at all a big problem

minor changes in shape or curvature of eye is absolutely normal and no way a cause for concern
