Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM .
Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
IN the given situation, You seems to suffer from-
Varicose Veins in ankle with ruptured perforator veins/
spider veins .
The area under consideration, was increasing-which indicated subcutaneous engorgement of perforator veins with ? subcutaneous hemorrhage with hematoma?, which needs to be varified with Surgeon/or Vascular Surgeon.
The cause of rupture of these capillaries is thus, the-Incompetent Deep Veins with reverse blood flow in to the Perforator / or communicating veins, which lead to theses capillaries burst from increased back flow
venous blood flow in the ankle veins.
USG with Colour Doppler Study of these leg veins would Confirm.A CT of the lower leg with ankle would give clearer picture about the possibilities discussed above.
Other causes needs to be ruled out in consultation with Surgeon/ Vascular Surgeon.
Hope this would help you to plan further of this complex illness of yours.
