General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms can be related to a urinary tract infection or kidney stones.

I recommend to do a urine test and an abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation.

Meanwhile,I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the symptoms.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
