My husband is complaining about feeling like his pee hole is closing. He says that its like he has two separate small pee holes making two separate streams or sometimes feeling like he is only peeing from the top portion and not the bottom. He also burns continuously while peeing He says that sometimes but not all the time it feels as though there s a knot on top of his pee hole..He says at times that it is sensitive to y point that it hurts him to have his underwear touch it..Any help?

Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
Most of the symptoms mentioned by you is indicating towards UTI.
Other is there ant cut as result of irritation or injury during sexual act, that might be responsible, in any case an examination would be better for exact diagnosis.
I would have asked for urine routine examination and based on the report I would have decided on the need of antibiotic. I usually in my clinic, treat patients of UTI with Norflox 400 mg twice daily for 3 days.

Presently I would suggest you to drink plenty of water, which will to wash off the microbes from urinary tract and also to drink cranberry juice which is found to be beneficial in UTI. Keep the valval area clean wash it with cool water and mild soap like dermadew, and then tap it dry with towel.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
