What Causes Burning Sensation In Urine And Green Mucus In The Discharge?

Hi! I am presenting some burning when i urinate and green mucous discharge, the urogyn took a sample and culture is back, the nurse told me my urine is clear, but I have 2 bacterias in my vagina, Klebsielle Pneumoniae and Enterococcus Saecelis. My husband has this last one too. I am confused becuase I just read is not very common to have Klebsielle Pneumoniae in the vagina. I was given Keflex for a "possible" UTI back then, and Metronidazole for the vagina, my husband was given Ampicilin. I wonder if that will work for both of us to get rid of it? Thank you!
