Hi
Welcome to Health care magic.

I went through the history you have provided here. It seems from the history that your mother in law is having lump on the forehead and black eyes following a fall.
The presence of black eyes is because of collection of blood in the skin of the eyelids as a result of injury caused by the impact of injury. This will resolve by itself and no need to worry about it.
Hence no need to worry about black eyes. Regarding the bump on the forehead it is because of hematoma and it will also resolve, no need to worry.

Hope this is helpful to you.
