Hi, I am 25 years old and I recently had a bump along my lower back that seems tense sometimes. Along with episodes of swelling in my left foot and shin and my penis and groin area also experience swelling but no pain on either. I recently stopped working out, but prior I did do exercises that consisted of heavy dead lifts. Do you know what this could be a result of?
