Chances are very less of having baby tooth. A radiograph will help to detect the lrft portion of tooth. If it s a primary of permanent that will also be cleared. Go for one iopa radiograph. And go for treatment so probably extraction

If there is a fracture involving more than 60% of the tooth, then it has to be removed under local anesthesia. The bleeding can be because of the the detached tooth piece if the tooth is broken involving pulp or it can be because of the injury to the gums covering the tooth. The roots might be present within the bone. It has to be removed under local anesthesia.
