What Causes Body Soreness?

I woke up this morning and my whole body was sore. I went for a short walk and drank water hoping that it would help, but the whole walking experience was actually very unsettling (felt like I was going to lose my balance because my legs felt like they were going to buckle) My calves were especially sore when I woke up. Does this kind of thing just happen sometimes?I m 26, 170 lbs, 5 11 , exercise about 3 days a week, eat reasonably healthy and I drink lots of water while at work during the week (office job)

Don't worry. This is a usual pain arising in people who walks or climb steps regularly. The pain starts at the heel, then elongates through the calf muscles. In such cases a foot wear adaption may help you. If you are a person who walks for a long time you can make the heel of your foot wear a little high(1/ inch for both heels). This can reveal your pain.
