im 41 year old male and havent been feeling well for about a month. my vision has began to get blurry im tired all the time. i get at least 8 hours of sleep every nite. about a year ago i started to be thersty all the time and going to the bathroom all the time. i have not had any thurst or above normal urination, but i notice when i eat i feel sick when i dont eat i feel sick. i also need to sleep after i have a meal. some times i think im passing out. just for fun about 6 mo ago i took my blood sugar level 2 hrs after i had eaten and it was 480. i need advise should i go to the er or should i make an app to see a doctor.
