Doxycyclin is not meant to treat spider bite. In mysthenia graves one can have blurred and double vision due to paralytic effect of muscle. It is treated with neostigmine. Refraction should be done and if there is refractive error then it should be corrected consult neurologist and myasthenia graves be treated. Double vision can be controlled if myasthenia graves is properly treated.
