What Causes Blurred Vision After Cataract Surgery?

I have just had a cateract removed in my right eye but before the operation my vision was blurrey and after the operation 1 month the blurrey vision has returned when i wake up in the morning it is blurrey and as the day goes on it improves and by late at night it is clear what is the problem. It seems from the history that you are having blurred vision after cataract surgery. The common causes for blurred vision after cataract surgery are corneal edema, surgery induced iridocyclitis, cystoid macular edema...
Since in your case the blurred vision is present on waking up in the morning and improves as the day advances, it is most probably because of corneal edema or because of secondary raise of intraocular pressure.
The treatment is by use of antiglaucoma drugs and by use of hyperosmotic agents.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
