General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

There are many causes of blood during urination.

It can be a urinary tract infection or kidney stones.

I suggest to do a urine test and an abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation.

I also suggest to check the kidney function through blood tests.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
