Hi,

First of all, you should do ECG to exclude heart disease. Second, do these symptoms occur every month? If they occurred every month, they would be related to the menstrual cycle. You should ask a gynecologist for help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dr/Mustafa, Neurologist
