What Causes Blood In Urine And Severe Lower Back Pain?
I have been dealing with my issues for 2years. I will puke for no reason but it is always at night time. I have blood in my urine but no pain with urination. I have terrible terrible lower back pain with a feeling of terrible period cramps but have had a hysterectomy but do have my right ovary. I wake up at night drenched in sweat but freezing. Also for no reason my lower stomach will swell with sharp pains that shoot down into my pee hole, sorry couldn t think of the technical term. Can anyone help me because they have put me on Tramadol and they recommended something stronger but do not want to rely on pain meds.
Do you have done any investigation?? Here blood present in your urine.so first urine examination done for pus cells. If present pyelonephritis like condition though and USG done for it with antibiotic...
Second if no pus cell in urine then reveal stone or acute nephritis syndrome .. X ray and USG helpful for it.
So here by urine examination , x ray or by USG try to rule out kidney disease like above and glomerulonephritis first ....as in kidney affection pain could be reffered back...
If no kidney problem then intestinal problem sought...
Take care....
