Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. You are possibly having resistant urinary tract infection.
2. Need to get urine culture and sensitivity test, and based on results - appropriate sensitive antibiotics needs to be started.
3. with a history of previous kidney infection, early and correct antibiotics treatment is necessary to avoid recurrent kidney infection.
4. Good hydration along with cranberry and blueberry juices will be helpful in avoiding future urinary tract infection. Maintaining good hygiene is necessary. Atleast 6-7 liters of water per day is necessary.
