hello greetings
a mass in nostril which bleed on touch or blowing with airway obstruction are commonly observed in nasal polyp
If such a patient comes to me in my clinic I would rule out nasal polyp first.
i would suggest you not to hurt your nose by blowing or scratching very frequently
You can use decongestant nasal drops/ spray after consulting ENT Surgeon.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help
wish you good health
regards
