What Causes Bleeding While Urinating?

Bled a lot while urinating yesterday-went to emergency, they ran blood tests and CAT scan-was released, no reason given for bleeding. Now my urine is clear, no blood this morning-had no pain through this whole situation-could my blood thinners for my heart have caused this?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Bleeding while urinating are due to UTI, tumor and stone in the urinary tract.
You confirm the UTI by urine testing.
As your CT scan is normal, it exclude the possibility of stone/tumor.

So your bleeding most probably due to blood thinner medicine.
You have to use in lower accepted dose under the advise of your treating physician.
Drink plenty of water, maintain proper pelvic hygiene, eat healthy diet.
Hope this may help you
