What Causes Bladder Pain After Ingesting Alcohol?

My sister is not a heavy drinker; one glass of wine at night. Suddenly she has pain in the bladder area if she takes one small drink of wine. It happens immediately. She has had a complete hysterectomy and gall bladder removed many years ago. What can cause this?

Hi
Welcome.
It might be due to UTI or stones in urinary tract
Get an urine routine examination done to rule out UTI and KUB x-ray for stones
Drink plenty of water.
Drink cranberry juice.
Management can be decided based on the investigation report.
Hope this helps.
Take care
