What Causes Black Spots In Vision Post Cataract Surgery?

I had a Cataract Surgery on both eyes in the begining of Sept. of this year. I was happy the first few days with the result, but now it is changing. I see black spots moving around in the morning when I wake up, also when I look left and right my eyes feels like a sliding door all day. I have pain sometimes in my eyes & feel pressure on both eyes. I saw a retina specialist and he suggested that I see the dr. who did the surgery and may me to do a Lag Surgery. I am afraid now..what do you suggest I do?
