What Causes Black Spot In Vision After Waking Up?

Im beginning to get worried. Iv always had eye floaters but about 2 weeks ago I developed a new one and it has me worried. My vision is fine im not losing vision no headaches no eye aches. But today I took a nap and woke up with a black spot in my vision of my right eye. Right in the middle. I only see it when I blink and it goes away just as quick as I blink. Sould I be concerned? Im scared it may be a retinal tear or detachment im scared I ll go blind
