General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As the culture is negative, infection causes are almost ruled out.

The next best possible conditions are sterile pyuria or interstitial cystitis. These conditions should be sorted out on clinical grounds and the same should be treated on the symptomatic basis only.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
