I ve recently noticed a number of coincidental symptoms that are giving me concern: 1) my urine periodically has an oily film on it. This occurred this morning, after symptom number 2; 2) I have bouts of slight nausea. I call it slight because I am not an easy vomiter - I vomit when I can t hold it down. Last night, it was strong enough that I periodically woke up from my sleep to notice it and hold it down, and then return to sleep 3) my urine changes color. while this did not occur last night, the last time I had the first two symptoms, my urine looked less like lemonade and more like tea. 4) My digestive system feels full when I eat less. I feel somewhat bloated and as a result don t feel like eating. Later, I suddently feel like my stomach is completely empty and as if I ve passed the time to have eaten. This occurred during the day yesterday. 5) the symptoms seem to coincide with greasier foods. Yesterday, I ate Taco Bell on the run for the first time in about 3 weeks, which is about the same time I last had these symptoms. The obvious answer is that I should avoid greasy foods, but I am concerned there is more going on.
