What Causes Abdominal Pains After Treating Diverticulitis ?
I have been diagnosed with diverticulitis I take medicine for it but hear lately I don t even want to eat because of the pain. In the lower part of my stomach I m having sharp pains when I get up ,I almost feel like I need a girtle to hold everything in place

If you are getting pain in abdomen in spite of medical treatment, this is an indication for surgical removal of the segment bearing the diverticuli.
Discuss this with your Surgeon and go ahead with the operation to get a permanent cure.
