What Causes Abdominal Pain And Vomiting?

Okay so my abdominal pain started almost a week ago. It has gradually gotten worse. I now for the last couple days cannot eat or drink anything without throwing it back up within minutes. I'm dying if thirst. And I cannot sleep. I am so uncomfortable. I don't know what to do

* I recommend immediate hospitalisation of the patient with intravenous access to control the pain, vomiting with injection therapy and simultaneous lab work up and CT scan of abdomen & pelvis to find out the underlying issue.
