What Causes Abdominal Pain After Eating?

hi , my name is jenm,fer, i am 24, exsperiencing pain and growling in my stomach, but ive eaten, and i am full, so what do i do? its so bad i cant sleep, i can hear and feel it, ive gone to the bathroom regularly if not more so, and have been eating normal,i do not believe i may be pregnant, but then again my periods are not normal and ive not had one for 7 months,so could i be ? and if not , do i go to the ER tonight to get help, is it serious enough?

Hi Jenm, you are 24 years old, the symptoms you have mentioned might be related with pregnancy. Menses are irregular and gap of 7 months ,its quite long period, and must look after.You hav't mentioned about weight gain. Its quite common to have normal diet inspite of pregnancy. Don't ignore more and please visit ER Department as soon as possible.
