What Causes Abdomen Pain, Cold And Change In Color Of The Finger Nails?
Hi, a few weeks ago I had vomit and diahrea twice, and they were back to back and now I have a cold it s been going on for over a week, and I get sharp pain in my stomach every once in a while but it s multiple times a day and today I noticed that my fingernails are changing colors into a yellowish color. So I don t know if these all tie into each other Thanks!

Regarding abdomen pain go for an usg abdomen.
Blood tests which include LFT for yellowish coloration of nails.
It's better to see a Doctor immediately as it is 4 days by now.
