What Causes A White Pebble Like Stye In The Eye After Cataract Surgery?

I had cataract surgery yesterday. This morn bandage removed. This afternoon, at 5 p.m. noticed a small white pebble-like sty looking small dot on the inside edge of my surgery eye...not touching my eye but near the edge of my eyes inner side. Should I go to emergency or is it OK to wait til Monday?
