Hello Doctor I am a 33 year old male with a small movable lump half the size of a pea located just above my Adams apple just a bit to the left. I have sinus issues but it seemed to appear about a year and three months ago while I was sick with a bad cold. it seems to be attached but easy to move around in its area. It is firm and not attached to the surface skin...it is still there over all this time and I am getting paranoid and researching allover could I have an opinion from one of you please.

What Causes A Small Lump Above The Adam's Apple?
hi. you need to consult with a physician for physical examination and review of systems. the next probable step would be a neck ultrasound to evaluate the neck lesion. management would proceed accordingly, depending on the findings. hope this helps. good day! ~dr. kaye
