What Causes A Red Hard Lump At The Top Of Nostril?

I have a red, hard bump inside the top of my nostril. If I pick at it then it bleeds and it's sore. I went to the ENT he gave me an ointment, but said he would probably have to take it out and send to the lab. Could it be something bad? He said he doesn't think so, but I just get worried. I can't remember the name of it that he called the lump

Moslty you have Furuncle from the history you give.
Hence I would advise you to check with ER ENT Surgeon.
And he would resolve your issues with your nostril Furuncle..
So dont have wrong concepts and create more psychic complications in you.
