What Causes A Huge Bump Between The Eyebrows?

My 4 year old has a huge bump between her eyebrows..it appeared out of nowhere..she was not bit by anything that we know of (no bite mark), no itchiness..it s pink in color..4 days ago she got hit with a plastic swing about a half inch away from this area..I would ve thought if she was going to have a bump on the head or a bruise/Mark of any kind, it would ve happened way before now..not feverish either

This is lymphatic drainage from first injury. she should be given systemic anti biotic. ampicillin suspension 2tsf 6hourly. hot compression can be given over swelling. Slowly it will subside.
