helo doc can i ask a questions about what are the causes of cant sleep and i have fast heartbreak.what are the best things that i can do pls help me coz it is already one week that i cant slep .what are the best thing i can do to get over with this.tnk you so much

do you have any other symptoms associated with it?
did you lose weight?what is your weight?
it can be simply because of anxiety or you may have problems like thyroid disease etc..
take up some physical activity like games jogging or walking and follow a healthy life style..do meditate for some times daily..t works wonders in some patients..
if problems persist approach a physician for clinical evaluation and further workup..
