What Causes Vein Under Buttock?

I have a vein on the underneath of my buttocks that is raised and bleeds when I have a bowl movement. It is not on my anus but leads out from that area. The area where it bleeds on my buttocks is about 2 inches from my anus. Is this a Hemrroid or an infected spot on my buttocks. I have had this for about 4 months or so. It does not hurt...only sometimes if it bleeds alot during bowl movement..but most of the time I don if know it is there. I feel the vein on my buttocks that leads about a 1 inch to a small bulge that bleeds...smaller than a pea. What is this?

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Fistual in ano with Granulomatous bleeding tissue 2 inch away from anus.
I could be accompanied with Fissure in ano / or could be with crohn's disease. One has to rule out Ca rectum and TB granulomas which may give similar complaints.
Thus the peanut sized bleeder is mostly a Granulomatous protrusion from Fistual in ano / or with Fissure In Ano.
Second Opinion from GI Surgeon and Proctologist with reviews with CT and Contrast studies, would resolve this confusion in your mind,as the prolonged pain is causing worry and anxiety to You,which is but natural and I can understand your concerns for it.
Hope this would help you to treat your health issues in the best way possible.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.
Good Day!!
