HI , IM 18 FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS IV BEEN PASSING BLOOD IN MY WEE AND THE DOCTORS ARE JUST GIVIN ME TABLETS ALL THE TIME THEY DONT WORK IM IN TERRIBLE PAIN AND ITS EFECTING MY LIFE IT HAS PUT PRESURE ON ME AND MY BOYFRIEND COZ I CAND HAVE INTERCOSE IT HURTS I SEEN A GYNE AND THEY SED ITS A SKIN CONDITION , I THINK ITS MY WEE THATS MEKIN ME LIKE THIS ??

Hello,

The intense pain in urination with bleeding indicate extensive urinary infection with or without gynecologist condition.

In my clinic, I recommend

- urine culture for antibiotic susceptibility and prescription
- anti-inflammatory medications as ibuprofen or else
- urinary alkalizer as potassium chloride or else
- high intake of citrus fruits with vitamin C
- strict abstinence till recovery
- genital hygiene care
- control of blood sugar and hydration
