What Can Cause The Lower Abdominal Pain With Orange And Oily Droplets In Urine?

I have been having lower abdominal cramps recently and have been very tired. I noticed when I woke up this morning, than every time I use the bathroom (urine/feces) there are orange, oily droplets in the toilet and orange on my toilet paper. Is this normal? What could be the cause of this? Could it be from stress?
