for many years now, my 75 year old husband has been experiencing symptoms of shortness of breath, profuse sweating, and then fainting when he's exerting himself. He has had many tests over the years and the only diagnosis he's gotten is Neurocartiogenicsyncopy. Lately he's been getting forgetfull and sometimes confused, he had another MRI of the brain and they said he has moderate to severe small vessel Ischemic disease. He also complains about fluid coming out of his ears, and had one brief bout of facial paralysis . His last test showed he has mastoid air cell disease. Any ideas on what could be causing the overall problems?
