What Can Cause Severe Fatigue And Chills Along With Chest Pressure?

I have been very tired for the past two days. I am a high energy person so I consider tiredness is to recharge my personal batteries. Last night, I had a bout of chills that instead of causing shivers, caused my muscles to tighten up. Today my chest feels tight like I have been strenuous exercise. (I am 71, have some afib due to a mitral value leak which was repaired 6 years ago, and take Pradaxa) Later in the night I had really bad leg muscle cramps. Any ideas? I don t have a fever. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It seems to be general weakness and it is most probably due to age, hypovitaminosis could be the reason.

Second, it could be fibromyalgia if symptoms last for days or happen on and on again.

Else it is nothing to take anything with past history of valvular heart disease, drink more water, have some vitamin supplements, enough of sleep may help a lot else it may not be any major illness.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
